We are following the guidance set out by the Scottish Government to do our utmost to protect you, our team and our local community.

As part of the national contact tracing system, the following information will be collected:
- The names of all customers or visitors.
- A contact phone number for each customer or visitor.
- Date of visit and arrival time and departure time.
We will keep these records of customers, visitors and staff for 21 days and provide data to NHS Test and Trace if requested. The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will be adhered to at all times.
In the event that restriction rules in your area change or that you are required to self isolate, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can offer you an opportunity to reschedule to a future date or a refund of all monies prepaid.
